Within this workshop will discuss the benchmarking survey results for Legal Hold and focus on our 2nd work product on eDiscovery on-boarding of new systems and data sources.

CeDIV will undertake a Benchmarking Survey in September/October on Legal Hold. Following the creation of our best practices work product on Cross Border Legal Holds, we will benchmark companies globally on implementation status of our defined best practices.

Further, on-boarding of new system requires an assessment for for data protection relevance. How to leverage this process to assess eDiscovery relevance & readiness and allow targeted collection and preservation if required? Which core requirements to put forward (targeted preservation, ability to search and to perform targeted collections & deletion of data not on legal hold beyond records retention,…)
